In February 2008 we purchased our Kerrville home on a few acres just north of town. It was in very bad shape and purchased in "tear-down" condition. We looked beyond that and saw a lot of potential in the old place and began to plan an extensive face-lift. I'm going to put a few pics in here occasionally to show the progress. Come back and take a peek every now and then. We're hoping to have it livable by the end of this year 2009. With the economy being slow, it'll take a little longer than we'd like.

These old stamped tin ceiling panel were taken from the Hutto building in Cleveland Texas, prior to it being destroyed to make room for the new Walgreens. It was one of the (if not THE) oldest buildings remaining in Cleveland at that time. Donated by our friend Dan (at Dan's Guitars) we were very pleased to bring a piece of Cleveland with us to the Texas Hill Country!
